I tell him my budget, what I'm looking for, and he tells me what he has and what he will try to do to work a deal for me. He never "over sells" or "over-commits." He's honest and I trust him. He says, "GAP is an insurance you need!" So, I get the GAP insurance. This is my second car purchase with Sylvester. Next time I will get the "ultimate retirement car!!!" Not sure what it will be.   • Took my 2010 Cadillac SRX in for Service. The new locations were not saving on my GPS that is in the vehicle. The computer locked up on it and had to get a new one. Chris with the Cadillac service kept me informed on the progress. They had to keep it two nights but that was not an issue for me. They called me when it was ready.   • 2010 SRX - transmission felt like it was not shifting in 5th gear sometimes - almost always sounded like it was in 3rd or 4th. My wife has driven it but I have not since it was serviced and she says it still sounds like its in 4th sometimes but it does shift into high correctly now ... we will evaluate and bring it back if it continues - it does drive better and anyway we love the car.... the reprogramming of both keys working great now...
