Except for the fact that it took 5 days to get my car fixed, the work was good. i did have a loaner but i kept receiving information that the car was ready when it wasn’t.
These guys always do a good job taking care of my Escalades needs. Took my truck in for a routine Oil change. Was in and out in a jiffy.
Service and inspection was done promptly while I waited. Friendly, courteous staff. A very good experience!!!

Michael, DeVon & Dino were a absolute pleasure to work with. The level of customer service is unmatched. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the level of effort to assist me in purchasing a brand new Vistiq. The dealership was very busy (evident that other customers were happy as well) however I felt the level of attention on my husband and I seemed as if we were the only customers on the showroom floor.
We had a wonderful experience at this dealership! James was patient with us, never pushy, and he went over and beyond by even helping me get all my belongings out of my car and into my new Cadillac! And everyone at that dealership was kind, welcoming, making sure we were comfortable waiting on paperwork which made it an enjoyable experience for us!!! I took my vehicle into Moores Cadillac on 05/21/2026 for a 1PM appointment for the initial appointment, which included oil change, rotation of tires and fluid levels. Had my car inspected. It was completed in a timely manner. I am disabled and the service staff was very helpful in parking my car so that I could enter the vehicle without a problem. Overall, the staff was friendly and accommodating of my needs. I look forward to doing additional business with this dealership.

Moore’s Cadillac has always provided excellent customer service in the service department in my opinion. This is my third Cadillac, but my second from Moore’s. I’m usually kept informed of the progress of service being done if I’m in the waiting area. Also, someone often pops in with a smile to remind me that coffee and snacks are available as well.
Donnie and the team at Moore do an excellent job. From start to finish you have a feeling of confidence in their work.

The service at this location was top-notch! I was traveling from North Carolina to Delaware when I hit a highway pothole, and one of my rear tires was flattened. I was towed to Moore Cadillac shortly after the service department closed, but a service technician took my information, recommended a hotel for me, called/paid for an Uber to get me to/from the hotel. Another service technician verified my tire situation, ordered my rear tires and completed all work required to get me back up-and-running the next day! Fine job repairing my vehicle once the service department inspected and identified the issue. Loaner was provided and communication was good overall.
Amazing experience buying my new vehicle from Chauncey! He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. He and his manager were professional, courteous and very accommodating. Within less than 24 hours they found the exact car I wanted 2 hours away and went and got it for me so I could have it right away. They put the customer first and want to ensure you have a great buying experience and feel like you are making the right investment.
The service was handled very well. The only issue I had was my car had a Modesto treatment and cannot be run through any automatic car wash. I hung a sign on my rear view mirror that clearly indicated DO NOT WASH THE CAR IN AN AUTOMATIC WASH. That was ignored and ran through their auto car wash which comprises the coating.

From the time of arrival to departure, when my car was completely done, I was treated with a welcoming smile, with kindness and politeness from the staff. Although, I wasn’t aware that the price of oil change and tire rotation went up close to $50, I was still willing to pay the new price because of the excellent service I receive from the Service Advisors without complaining.

I had an issue with the thermostat in my 2021 Cadillac XT5. I purchased the Cadillac elsewhere and the powertrain warranty transferred to me and all of my service, as well as a loaner car, were covered! The service at Moore Cadillac was excellent and I really liked the communication from the service desk via Text. I went to pick up my vehicle today and the pick up and drop off of the loaner vehicle took Less than five minutes. Sylvester Wright did an excellent job working with us to chose the right EV with the features we wanted. Moore did not have the vehicle in their inventory so they brought one from another store late that afternoon. They had the VIN so the paperwork was completed and signed in advance of our picking the car up the next day. We were given the registration and we called our insurance company. I had to call multiple times to get an ETA on work completion. Three promised dates were never met! Tire issue that I noted to the service rep when I brought the car in was not addressed.

Only complaint is I had a tire rotation & they did not add air to my tires. Each tire had a different number psi after rotation & we’re all about -5 psi from where they should have been
When I requested a service appointment on short notice, it was squeezed in by Donnie Meyers, who has been my contract for the last eight years at Moore Cadillac. Service was performed quite quickly. I was reading and relaxing in the showroom, when Donnie came to let me know the service was complete. A very nice personal touch. My car was already brought around after being serviced and cleaned up as well, from the bad weather. I always find coming here for service is a pleasant experience.
It's five star review because of Josh Fix. He took great care of me, which is always why I do business with Cadillac having the high expectations. Josh was phenomenal.
Donnie was my service agent and he was completely awesome. The communication was, He was able to do the work and return my vehicle quickly despite it having a major overhaul, and everyone at the dealership was friendly. I would definitely use more Cadillac in Richmond again.
