    I had questions about my warranty to cover the replacement of the touch screen module... Ms. Reid was very patient and walked the warranty issue through. It was an early appointment and we were only held up by time zones and office time with Continental. Ms. Reid explained the headlamp assembly replacement and assured me that we would have the repairs scheduled as close to, if not the same day, for my convenience.
