My experience with Moore Cadillac in Richmond was wonderful. It’s my 1st EV so I was somewhat clueless but the staff was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and had it ready for me when I arrived. I drove it back home, Alabama, with no problem! Thanks Devon, Mike and Dino!!
The work was fine - it just took over 2 weeks for the work to be completed. Maybe outside of their control but it was an inconvenience. I was provided a loaner but it still took a long time to get the parts and the truck fixed.
Donnie in service is A1!! Communication with me is key and he made sure I was informed throughout the entire process.
Just wanted to say that I have incredible respect for Mike Romano. He's a service manager and I've never had a service manager call me with the respect and kindness that he just has shown me in the last 5 minutes. Except for the fact that it took 5 days to get my car fixed, the work was good. i did have a loaner but i kept receiving information that the car was ready when it wasn’t.
These guys always do a good job taking care of my Escalades needs. Took my truck in for a routine Oil change. Was in and out in a jiffy.
Service and inspection was done promptly while I waited. Friendly, courteous staff. A very good experience!!!
I’ve had absolutely no complaints thus far until my last appointment for my 2025 Cadillac Escalade. Michael, DeVon & Dino were a absolute pleasure to work with. The level of customer service is unmatched. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the level of effort to assist me in purchasing a brand new Vistiq. The dealership was very busy (evident that other customers were happy as well) however I felt the level of attention on my husband and I seemed as if we were the only customers on the showroom floor.
We had a wonderful experience at this dealership! James was patient with us, never pushy, and he went over and beyond by even helping me get all my belongings out of my car and into my new Cadillac! I took my vehicle into Moores Cadillac on 05/21/2026 for a 1PM appointment for the initial appointment, which included oil change, rotation of tires and fluid levels. Moore’s Cadillac has always provided excellent customer service in the service department in my opinion. This is my third Cadillac, but my second from Moore’s. I’m usually kept informed of the progress of service being done if I’m in the waiting area. Also, someone often pops in with a smile to remind me that coffee and snacks are available as well.
Donnie and the team at Moore do an excellent job. From start to finish you have a feeling of confidence in their work.

The service at this location was top-notch! I was traveling from North Carolina to Delaware when I hit a highway pothole, and one of my rear tires was flattened. I was towed to Moore Cadillac shortly after the service department closed, but a service technician took my information, recommended a hotel for me, called/paid for an Uber to get me to/from the hotel. Another service technician verified my tire situation, ordered my rear tires and completed all work required to get me back up-and-running the next day! Fine job repairing my vehicle once the service department inspected and identified the issue. Loaner was provided and communication was good overall.
Amazing experience buying my new vehicle from Chauncey! He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. He and his manager were professional, courteous and very accommodating. Within less than 24 hours they found the exact car I wanted 2 hours away and went and got it for me so I could have it right away. They put the customer first and want to ensure you have a great buying experience and feel like you are making the right investment.
The service was handled very well. The only issue I had was my car had a Modesto treatment and cannot be run through any automatic car wash. I hung a sign on my rear view mirror that clearly indicated DO NOT WASH THE CAR IN AN AUTOMATIC WASH. That was ignored and ran through their auto car wash which comprises the coating.
Moore Cadillac was great Donnie Myers got me in and out with no problems. Love the service thanks so much.

From the time of arrival to departure, when my car was completely done, I was treated with a welcoming smile, with kindness and politeness from the staff. Although, I wasn’t aware that the price of oil change and tire rotation went up close to $50, I was still willing to pay the new price because of the excellent service I receive from the Service Advisors without complaining.

I had an issue with the thermostat in my 2021 Cadillac XT5. I purchased the Cadillac elsewhere and the powertrain warranty transferred to me and all of my service, as well as a loaner car, were covered! The service at Moore Cadillac was excellent and I really liked the communication from the service desk via Text.
