From the very first day I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine care something that is not easy to find in today’s world. When I first met Mr. Sylvester, I told him the VIN number of the vehicle I was interested in. Without hesitation, he personally walked me straight to the exact truck. That level of attention made me feel honored and showed me immediately that I was dealing with true professionals. Shortly after, I received communication from Robin Dixon, who was phenomenal. Her emails and phone calls were timely, clear, and extremely professional. She made the process smooth and kept me informed every step of the way. I also had the pleasure of meeting the former football player on staff another great interaction that added to the positive experience. The following week, I finally had the chance to shake hands with Jose, the General Manager. Meeting him was awesome. We shared stories about being from New York and New Jersey, and it felt like talking to an old friend rather than a dealership manager. During this time, I had to return to military duty. Even while I was away, I kept receiving reminders that the 2022 Cadillac I wanted was still available. My heart was racing because I didn’t want it to be sold before I returned. When I finally got a break from work and came back, I was able to test drive the vehicle with Devon Dudley. This man truly knows his craft. He was professional, intelligent, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. With my 35 years in the U.S. Army, I can recognize someone who takes pride in what they do and Devon absolutely does. Finally, I met Mr. Marty, who is a genuine genius with numbers. He presented figures that were fair and comfortable, and we shook hands and made the deal. On top of that, I ran into Dino, someone I knew from another dealership. Seeing him again and talking about my old Chevy Suburban and Chevy Traverse brought back great memories. Overall, every single individual I encountered at Moore Cadillac made me feel like I was part of their team. They are professional, respectful, honest, knowledgeable, and they truly care about their customers. My experience with Moore Cadillac in Richmond was wonderful. It’s my 1st EV so I was somewhat clueless but the staff was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and had it ready for me when I arrived. I drove it back home, Alabama, with no problem! Thanks Devon, Mike and Dino!!

The work was fine - it just took over 2 weeks for the work to be completed. Maybe outside of their control but it was an inconvenience. I was provided a loaner but it still took a long time to get the parts and the truck fixed.

Donnie in service is A1!! Communication with me is key and he made sure I was informed throughout the entire process.

Just wanted to say that I have incredible respect for Mike Romano. He's a service manager and I've never had a service manager call me with the respect and kindness that he just has shown me in the last 5 minutes. Will not hesitate to continue buying Cadillacs and having this company serve my vehicles.

I recently bought my first Subaru from this dealership with the best help from Justin. He was personable, charismatic, and very helpful. Everyone, including himself, kept emphasizing he was new, but he made me and my boyfriend super comfortable as we shopped. He was never pushy in my decision making, helped me compare multiple cars and made me feel confident in my final decision. The whole process was painless (well as painless as spending money on a car can be😅) I hope this car lasts me for years to come, but when I finally do need another or a new car I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

Except for the fact that it took 5 days to get my car fixed, the work was good. i did have a loaner but i kept receiving information that the car was ready when it wasn’t.
