I will never deal with Moore Cadillac again. When I bought my XT4, it had a chipped windshield. We had a verbal agreement that they would fix it, but later they claimed it was already fixed and refused to honor their part of the agreement. I rarely drive this car, yet I've had multiple issues with it. I can't imagine what would happen if I drove it every day. I purchased a new Cadillac XT4 in May, 2024 which has been in the service department with a manufacture defect in the transmission since July 12. GM has contacted them and I have tried to contact Ron Greene, General Manager numerous times, with no success, I've owned Cadillac's since 1986 and have never experienced such a lack of professionalism! Will not honor warranty! Sold me a car with bad engine and refused to answer calls or attempt to repair. We are taking them to court! I suggest everybody do the same. This dealership is a scam! will promise you the world when buying the car and then take it back and have the worst customer service. picked up a used truck saying they would fix all the paint and it wasn't. called the manger and he was very rude. This dealership is by far the worst dealer we have ever worked with!! Bought my wife a 113k 2022 Escalade ESV. The OLED screen went out so she took it in for service. She was told they only had one tech and they did not know how long it would take to repair. Everyone that works there is rude and know one seems to know anything when you ask a question. Had high hopes about this place, but it is the worst establishment that I have ever went to. Communication is non existent and they aren't very welcoming. Terrible service. No communication, don't return calls to check status. I've taken my car here for the last couple years and they are consistent in their poor communication and performance. Finally had enough.

David Lowenhagen went above and beyond to assist with my purchase of a used Subaru. He drove the car to me in Charlottesville (from Richmond) to make sure I had an opportunity to test drive. I will definitely go back again when I need a new car and highly recommend him to others.

Poor and unprofessional behaviors from the service advisor. I have never experience service so bad. I was charged for service included in my extended contract package but the service was not completed. My car was used for personal while in their care. Over a hundred miles was used but they recorded they used only five. I have purchased two pre-owned vehicles from Moore Cadillac/Subaru and I highly recommend them. My sales associate Ray Chamberlain is great to deal with and goes the extra mile to be helpful and the reason I came back a second time. Dino Capocelli was also very helpful with all the red tape that goes with buying a car. Their service manager, Chris Tomlin was extremely helpful with the one service issue I had. He is honest, listens to his customers and resolved my issue.

My Cadillac had no power and would not start it was not the battery, I had it towed to the Moore Cadillac Dealer, and I had spoken to Donnie Myers he was the receiving dealer of my car. I don’t believe I have experienced worse service from any dealer since my first Cadillac purchase – and I have owned Cadillacs for the past nearly 20 years! I thought it was bad that the dealer from whom I purchased my last Cadillac quoted me a figure of $1,300 to replace the face of my navigation/information screen, as it had begun to crack and become information unreadable. Moore Cadillac might have the most unpleasant service department I have worked with in the close to 30 years I have owned and had a car serviced. Each time we drop off the ATS we purchased from them they treat us as if we are bothering them. We have had service reps ignore us and even one rep drive his car and block us into a parking spot after he acknowledged he saw me. The service rep quoted me on a second 2007 Saab key - about $130 total. This included the cut metal key from the factor and then the black plastic cylinder (into which the metal key fits) that actually goes into the ignition. Fine. Still cannot believe I did this: wanted a low-mileage 2014 Cadillac CTS Coupe in a specific color combination and found one online at Moore Cadillac. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with my local Cadillac dealership in Waldorf, MD. While visiting my sister-in-law in Midlothian,VA I decided to try Moore Cadillac for a routine oil change and tire rotation! What a wonderful experience...night and day difference. Thorough and complete service...oil not overfilled, tires actually rotated per my specification! Removed and replaced both cabin and engine air filters! They would have washed my car for free, but it was raining! I will be using Moore for all future Cadillac maintenance! Well Done!!!

Was very fast to get the service done for me, and friendly staff truly a pleasure dealing with Moore and it's staff. Would like to have had the vehicle washed like they use to do for me every time but the last several times I have brought it in it wasn't washed.

Chris Tomlin is such an outstanding employee of Moore Cadillac on Broad St. He really goes the extra mile to get any issues I might have resolved in a very timely manner. This was my second lease from Moore Cadillac. I wouldn't have done the second lease if the first one wasn't great. So the second time around was just as painless. I am seventy three years old and have bought quite a few cars in my lifetime. However, I must say our sales person "Andrew Swigert" was one of the best (if not the best) that has ever sold to me or my wife... Andrew was attentive, personable, pleasant and a joy to work with without being "pushy".

Our service advisor, Don Alley, set up the appointment when I needed it, checked the car in, checked for any recall notices, and called me when the car was ready. The service from Moore's is always great! The shuttle service to and from work with Gray is a really nice service.

Had a good experience.. While typing this review it came to me that recommendations given for future checkups should be given to customer while car was in for service or a copy mailed to the customer.

Had my car taken here after a wreck earlier this year. While speaking with the shop manager about the car and my insurance he stated that he could call Enterprise for me to obtain a rental car and he would "help me out" by not charging a 25% "upcharge" for the rental car usage since I would be paying out of pocket as my insurance doesn't cover it. I purchased a 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe. This was a cash purchase. Not long after the purchase I noticed that when I went through a car wash or when it rained or when my husband sprayed the car with the garden house (i.e. like any normal person would do to wash their car) - water came in through the driver window and passenger window.
